【摘要】 目的探讨角膜缘干细胞移植治疗眼烧伤后角膜血管翳的途径。方法分别采用自体或异体角膜缘干细胞移植联合新鲜板层角膜移植治疗43例烧伤后角膜血管翳。结果自体角膜缘干细胞移植24例,视力增进22眼,23眼新生血管消退。异体角膜缘干细胞移植19例,全部病例新生血管未见消退,视力增进不明显。结论自体角膜缘干细胞移植可为烧伤患者提供上皮再生来源,有效的阻止新生血管侵入角膜。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To explore the therapeutic methods of pannus comeae after bruns with limbal stem cell transplantation and to evaluate its efficiency.Methods Autograft or allograft transplantations of limbal stem cells combining fresh lamellar keratoplasty were performed to treat 43 cases with Pannus Corneae after Burns.Results Among the 24 cases with autogrcft transpeanfation with limbal stem cells visual acuity was improved in 22 eyes;the new vessels regressed in 23 eyes.In 19 cases with allograft transplantation with limbal stem cells,no new vessels regression was observed in any patients; the visual acuity was not improved significantly.Conclusion The autograft transplantation with limbal stem cells can provide a ideal source of reepithlialization,and can prevent the new vessels from intruding into the cornea efficiently.更多还原
