【摘要】 目的探讨外伤性前房角漏的手术治疗效果。方法分析23例外伤性前房角漏缝合术的临床资料并评价其疗效。结果 16例在术后3d 内眼压恢复正常及短暂增高后恢复正常,6例在术后3wk 内眼压逐渐恢复正常,1例手术后眼压仍然低。18例术后视力有不同程度提高。术后2例出现玻璃体出血。结论前房角漏缝合术是治疗挫伤后前房角漏的有效方法,及早手术有利于恢复眼内压,保护视功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To evaluate the effect of surgical direct suturing for the traumatic cyclodialysis.Methods Twenty-three eases of the anterior chamber angle tears due to ocular contusion were treated with the direct suturing under microscope.Results Postoperatively the intraocular tension recovered to normal levels within 3 days in 16 cases,within 3 weeks in 6 cases,and 1 case the intraocular tension not recovered.Conclusion The surgical direct suturing of the attachment of the ciliary body is a very effective to treat the traumatic cyclodialysis.It is beneficial to recover the intraocular tension and to protect the visual function if they are operated in time.更多还原
