数控螺旋锥齿轮研齿机气动系统研究与设计
Numerical Control Spiral Awl Gear Wheel Grind Tooth Machine Pneumatic System Study and Design
【摘要】 对数控螺旋锥齿轮研齿机的气动系统进行了研究与设计,取得了成功。经过生产实践证明,采用该气动系统的YK2560型数控螺旋锥齿轮研齿机的研齿加工的质量效率明显高于传统采用液压系统的研齿机,具有显著的经济效益和良好的社会效益。
【Abstract】 This research results were applied to the design and manufacture of pneumatic system on numerical control spiral bevel gear lapping machine. The quality of gearing lapping process by this systerm is higher than that of by traditional hydraulic system with remarkable economic benefits and good social benefits.
