【摘要】 为了解医学生临床实习阶段面临的问题,分析影响实习质量的因素,并提出相应对策。采用问卷调查法调查了临床专业医学生实习阶段面临的问题,对学生的实习效果进行了教学评估,检查考核了临床实习学生临床知识和临床基本技能掌握程度。研究发现社会变革、医学模式改变及现行实习管理方式不同程度地给医学生的临床实习带来影响,医学生在临床实习阶段面临的问题影响了实习质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 To get to know the problems in medical graduates’ clinical practice,analyze the factors that may affect the quality of clinical practice,and bring forward some countermeasures,we investigated the problems in medical graduates’ clinical practice with a questionnaire,evaluated the students’ practice results and checked the students’ clinical knowledge and skills.We found that social reform,change in medical modes,and the existing practice management affected medical graduates’ clinical practice.The problems in turn affected the quality of clinical practice.Some countermeasures are,therefore,proposed.更多还原
