不同生态环境对玉米杂交种赖氨酸含量的影响

【摘要】 本研究以河南省生产上主要推广的15个玉米杂交种为材料,采用近红外光谱分析技术,分析了赖氨酸含量在8种不同生态环境下的表现。结果表明,不同品种不同地点间赖氨酸含量存在明显差异。不同品种间赖氨酸含量变化范围为0.3162%~0.3588%,总平均值为0.3355%。赖氨酸含量大于0.3500%的品种有3个,为HE-1、HE-2和豫单101,显著高于其他品种。不同地点间赖氨酸含量变化范围为0.3136%~0.3666%,总平均值为0.3355%,其中赖氨酸平均含量以洛阳点最高,驻马店次之,并显著高于其他地点

【Abstract】 The research uses fifteen(15)hybrid corn erossbreds mostly extended in Henan Provinee as materials, and with Near Infrared Speetroscopy looks into the pertormanee of Lysine content in eight(8)different eoo-systems.It shows there is clear distinction of lysine contents among different locations and different varieties.The lysine eontents of different varieties range from 0.3162% to 0.3588%,generally averaged 0.3355%.Lysine content of three(3)varieties, HE-1,HE-2 and Yudan 101,is above 0.3500%,obvious higher than the rest.Lysine content of various locations differ from 0.3136% to 0.3666%,generally averaged 0.3355%.The average lysine content of Luoyang and Zhumadian,among the locations,is ranked No.1 and No.2,and obvious higher than the rest.
