【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of early administration of anti-fibrinolytic on haemoviscosity in acute cerebral hemorrhage patients.Methods Utilizing capillary-method of haemoviscosity apparatus,we assayed the haemoviscosity of 59 cerebral hemorrhage patients.Results After early administration of anti-fibrinolytic drug, haemoviscosity increased significantly.Conclusion The anti-fibrinolytic drug should be administered warily to ear- ly cerebral hemorrhage patients and it had better be prescribed within three days after attack if necessary.更多还原
