【摘要】 目的介绍硬膜网状切开术治疗急性外伤性硬膜下血肿的方法及经验。方法硬膜下血肿手术中,在硬膜上作长度2～3cm、间距1～2cm 的多条平行或环行切口,使之呈网格状。结果本组179例中治愈97例,中残26例,重残12例,死亡44例。结论在硬膜下血肿手术中网状切开硬膜可提高治愈率,减少病死率及病残率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To pass on the mathods and experience of application of dara-mater reticular incision to acute subdural hematoma operation.Methods In subdural hematoma operation,many parallel or circular incisions (2～2 cm long and 1～2 cm interval)on the dura mater were made in reticular shape.Results Of 179 cases,97 cases were recovered;26 cases were referred to moderate maim;12 case,serious maim;there were 44 deaths. Conclusion In subdural hematoma operation,reticular incision of dura mater may increase curative rate and de- crease mortal rate and maim rate.更多还原
