【摘要】 目的探讨黄芪注射液改善恢复期脑梗死患者生活质量的效果。方法治疗组:黄芪注射液40 mL+生理盐水250 mL,静脉滴注,qd,连用15d。对照组:复方丹参20 mL+生理盐水250 mL,静脉滴注,qd,连用15d。两组患者于治疗后进行疗效判断。结果活疗组和刘照组治疗后,临床总有效率分别为87.18%,57.33%,显效率分别为38.46%,20.00%,经统计学处理,有显著差异性(P<0.01,P<0.05)。两组均无严重不良反应,治疗前后血常规,凝血功能,肝肾功能无变化。结论黄芪注射液能改善恢复期脑梗死患者的生活质量。安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To iovestigate the effect of radix astragali injection on improving the quality of life of patients with cerebral infaretion during convaleseence. Methods The treatment group was given radix astragali injection 40 ml plus normal saline 250 ml, i. v. gtt. ,q. d. for successive 15 days. The control group was given compound radix salviae miltiorrhizae injection 20 ml plus normal saline 250 ml,i. v. , q.d. for suecessive 15 days. The therapeutic effects were judged between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment the clinical effective rates in the treatment group and the control group were 137. 113% and 57. 33% respectively; the excellent rates, 38.46% and 20.00%. Statistically there was marked difference(P<0.01,P<0.05).There was no adverse reaction in the two groups. There were no changes in blood routine examination, funelion of blood coagulation, hepatorenal functions before and after treatment. Conclusion Radix astragali injection can improve the quality of life of the patients with cerebral infarction during convalescence and is safe and effective.更多还原
