黄、东海环流的数值研究V——斜压环流的动力调整
Numerical Study of the Circulations in the Yellow Sea and East China Sea V:Dynamic Adjustment of the Baroclinic Circulation
【摘要】 由于温盐变化对Lagrange环流的重要性,采用1种在流体静力一致条件下保证收敛的有效差分格式,在σ坐标下求解斜压梯度力,将此方法引入黄、东海Lagrange环流模式,引入温盐输运方程,对陆架区以内黄、东海的夏季环流实现了斜压环流的动力调整,并与诊断计算的斜压环流进行了对比分析。结果表明:经过动力调整的夏季总环流与诊断计算的夏季总环流总体趋势一致,但经过动力调整的夏季斜压环流在济州岛西南附近形成了封闭的逆时针环流,并且在陆架边缘海槽附近明显地形成了较大的沿黑潮流向环流,而诊断计算的斜压环流不明显。分析2种斜压环流在总环流中所占的比例,结果表明:在黄、东海北部,2种斜压环流占总环流的比例基本一致,但在陆架海槽附近,黑潮流向上经过动力调整的斜压环流所占比例要比诊断计算的斜压环流大得多,说明在该区域对环流有必要进行动力调整。
【Abstract】 Because of the importance of thermohaline change to Lagrangian circulation,an effective convergent difference format under the condition of hydrostatic consistency is used to solve baroclinic gradient force in sigma coordinates in this paper,and by introducing this format into the Lagrangian circulation model for the Yellow and East China Seas,thermohaline dynamic adjustment of the baroclinic circulations have been accomplished within the continent shelf in the Yellow and East China Seas in summer,and then a comparision with the diagnostical circulation simulated before is analysed.The results indicate that: the over all trends of the dynamic adjusting circulation and diagnostical circulation are almost the same,but a close anticlockwise circulation in the dynamic adjusting one is formed near Southwest of the Cheju Island,and a much bigger circulation following the way of the Kuroshio is obviously formed near the trough of continent shelf,however in the diagnostical circulation they are not obvious.Analysis of the proportion,the two baroclinic circulations in total circulations,indicates that: the two proportions are nearly same in the Yellow Sea and the North of East Sea, however,in the area following the way of the Kuroshio near the trough of continent shelf,the result is that the proportion of dynamic adjusting circulation in total circulation is much bigger than the diagnostical one,then it can be included that,thermohaline dynamic adjustment is very important in this area.
