【摘要】 目的制备尼群地平-β-环糊精包合物并考察其溶解度和体外溶出度。方法采用饱和水溶液法制备尼群地平-β-环糊精包合物,并通过差示扫描量热法和红外分析验证。结果包合物溶解度是尼群地平的8.19倍,溶出速率显著提高。结论尼群地平经-β-环糊精包合后,能显著提高其溶解度和体外溶出速率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To prepare the nitrendipine-β-cyclodextrincomplex and determine its solubility and dissolution characteristics. Methods The inclusion complex of nitrendipine-β-cyclodextrin was prepared by saturated solution method. The differential scanning calorimetric method and IR was used for identification of the complex. Results The solubility of nitrendipine inclused was as 8.19 times as that of the pure drug,and the dissolution rate was increased greatly. Conclusion The nitrendipine-β-cyclodextrin can improve considerably the solubility and dissolution rate of nitrendipine.更多还原
