基于高热稳定性有机聚合物PI/DR1热光性能的研究
Thermal-optical properties based on the high thermal-stability organic polymer PI/DR1
【摘要】 3,4’-二胺基二苯醚(3,4’-ODA),4,4’-(六氟异丙基)-苯二酸酐(6FDA)和分散红1(DR1)合成了有机聚合物聚酰亚胺;采用示差扫描量(DSC)、热失重分析(TGA)对该聚酰亚胺的热稳定性进行了表征。示差扫描量热和热失重分析结果显示,该聚酰亚胺的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)为211℃,在5%的热失重温度为296℃,表明具有非常好的热稳定性。测定了材料在复合光和546nm 单波长光照射下的折射率(n)和热光系数(dn/dT);通过热光系数的测量,计算了聚合物的介电常数(ε)、介电热光系数(dε/dT)、体积热膨胀系数β和(dβ/dT)值。本实验制得的聚合物材料在复合光下的热光系数(dn/dT)值为-1.607 1~-2.564 3×10-4℃-1,体积热膨胀系数变化率(dβ/dT)为1.27~3.11×10-7K-1;在546 nm 单波长光照射下的热光系数(dn/dT)值为-3.314 3×10-4℃-1,体积热膨胀系数变化率(dβ/dT)为5.45×10-7K-1,表明该聚合物在低驱动功率的新型数字热光开关、光通信器件等领域具有潜在的应用前景。
【Abstract】 The organic polymer polyimide which uses 3,4′-Diaminodiphenyl Ether (3,4′-ODA) 4,4′- (Hexafluoroisopropylidene) diphthalic Anhydride (6FDA) and dispersed red 1 (DR1),is synthesized.The thermal properties of polyimide are characterized using the differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA).The DSC and TGA exhibited high Tg and the temperature at which 5% mass loss occurred of polyimide are 211 and 296 ℃,respectively.The material has good thermal stability.The measurements of refractive index (n) and thermo-optic coefficient (dn/dT) of polyimide are demonstrated at complex light and 546nm single wavelength light respectively.The values of n and dn/dT are used to calculated the dielectric constant (ε),its variation with temperature (dε/dT),volume expansion coefficient (β) and (dβ/dT).The dn/dT and dβ/dT were-1.607 1~-2.564 3×10-4℃-1 and 1.27~3.11×10-7℃-1 (complex light),-3.3143×10-4℃-1,and 5.45×10-7K-1 (546 nm) respectively. The conclusion had a little significance to develop new the digital optical switch with low driving power and optical communication.
