两步法制备竹质活性炭
Preparation of Activated Carbon from Bamboo Sawdust by Two-step Activation
【摘要】 结合磷酸活化法与氯化锌活化法化制备活性炭,在较低的活化温度下取得了良好的活性炭.活化总时间为60min,磷酸活化温度500℃与氯化锌活化温度400℃,浸渍率为150%的优化条件下制得的活性炭,其亚甲基蓝脱色力为19mL,碘吸附值为861mg/g,孔径集中在4.5nm,并且比表面积高达1696m2/g,大孔仅占0.381%.
【Abstract】 Combining the advantages of H3PO4 and ZnCl2 as activating agents respectively,activated carbon was prepared from bamboo sawdust by two-step chemical activation method using phosphoric acid and zinc chloride under different conditions.Lower activation temperature was found to be appropriate for its preparation.The results showed that the optimum conditions were the impregnation ratio of H3PO4/bamboo sawdust 150%,the impregnation ratio of ZnCl2/the carbonized material 150%,the activation temperature of the first step 500℃ and the second step 400℃,and the total activation time 60 min.As a result,the activated carbon with the methylene blue decoloring capacity of 19 mL and the iodine adsorption rate of 861 mg/g were obtained.On the other hand,the prepared activated carbon showed aperture focused on 4.5 nm and the surface area up to 1696 m2/g,and its maximal porous was only 0.381%.
