渣金间外加直流电场无污染脱氧

【摘要】 采用一种新的无污染脱氧方法-渣金间外加直流电场脱氧法,通过在钢液与Al2O3-CaO-MgO熔渣体系间施加稳定的直流电场,进行了钢液的脱氧实验.实验过程在钼丝炉中完成,控制实验温度为1550℃,外加稳定电流2A时,50min后,钢样的全氧含量从1.25×10-4降至3.58×10-5;外加稳定电压2V时,40min后,钢样的全氧含量从1.475×10-4降到了2.23×10-5.实验结果表明,采用此方法对钢液中的溶解氧具有良好的脱除效果.

【Abstract】 A new unpolluted deoxidization technology,the deoxidization method with externally applied voltage between metal and slag,is studied in this work.It has been studied with applied stable DC voltage between Al2O3–CaO–MgO slag and steel melt.The process of experiment has been finished in the molybdenum foil.Controlled experimental temperature is 1550℃.The total oxygen content of the steel is declined from 1.25×10-4 to 3.58×10-5 when applying stable electric current 2 A for 50 min.The total oxygen content of the steel is declined from 1.475×10-4 to 2.23×10-5 when applying stable electric voltage 2 V for 40 min.The experimental result shows that oxygen in steel melt can be removed effectively with this method.
