高产 L-乳酸菌的选育及其发酵特性的研究
Mutation and fermentation characteristics of high L-lactic acid producing strains
【摘要】 通过 N~+离子注入乳杆菌 lp-0429,获得高产 L-乳酸的菌株 lp-0201,并通过存活率和突变率的分析初步研究了 N~+离子注入诱变效应,发现 N~+离子注入后有较高的正突变率。同时对菌株 lp-0201发酵特性进行了研究,结果表明其产酸率较高,产酸时间较长,而且在碳源的利用上可能有新的变化。
【Abstract】 The original strain lp-0429 was mutated by means of N~+ ions implantation and a mutant strain lp-0201 was obtained. The mutant characteristics of N~+ ions implantation were researched by analyzing survival and mutant rate. It was proved that useful mutants and more type of mutants were observed with N~+ ions implantation. The high L-lactic acid productive and good genetic stability and change of utilizing carbon source of Strain lp -0201was proved by research of fer- mentation characteristics.
