邻氯氯苄催化氯化新型催化剂的研究
A study on the catalytic chlorination of o-chlorobenzyl chloride with new catalyst
【摘要】 本文针对目前国内邻氯氯苄生产工艺存在的主要问题,通过选用新型催化剂 CHJ-3使氯化反应邻氯甲苯转化率达到60%,此与传统催化剂相比较,氯化反应时间缩短一倍,反应转化率提高50%,从而有效地降低了生产成本,经济效益和社会效益显著,具有很好的推广应用价值。
【Abstract】 According to the main problem of current domestic synthesis of o-chlorobenzyl chloride, study was made to increase the reaction conversion to 60% by using new catalyst CHJ-3; compare with general catalyst, the reaction time has saved a half, and the reaction conversion increased 50%. Therefore, the production cost was reduced.. The results indica- ted that the improvement is of remarkable economic and social benefits with prospects of being applied extensively.
