聚丙烯酸高效减水剂的合成及其应用

【摘要】 本文讨论了以甲基丙烯磺酸钠、丙烯酸、聚乙二醇等为原料通过二步反应法制备得到聚丙烯酸高效减水剂。性能测试表明该减水剂掺量为0.35%时,减水率高达21.3%,90 min 坍落度几乎无损失,其综合性与国外同类产品性能接近。市场分析和成本核算表明,该减水剂工业化后其生产的原材料成本为0.32万元/t,具有广阔的市场前景。

【Abstract】 The synthesis technology of water-reducer containing polyacrylate type superplasticizer from methyl acryl-sulfonate,acrylic acid,polyethylene glycol by two steps was discussed.Testing results showed that the water ratio of concrete is 21.3% and had no loss of fluidity in 90 min when the admixing volume is 0.35%,and its genral performance was closed to the similar products overseas.According to the market analysis and cost accounting,the raw material cost of this water reducer is 3200 yuan/t,so it has a great market prospect.
