【摘要】 目的探讨和评价对有手术条件的宫颈癌进行术中髂内动脉栓塞化疗在综合治疗中的地位及其疗效。方法 1996年1月～2002年12月150例宫颈癌患者,随机分组,研究组100例(术中栓塞化疗),对照组50例(术中未栓塞化疗)。全面总结评价两组患者的年龄、临床分期、肿瘤大小、病理类型、术中淋巴转移、切缘阳性与生存率、复发转移率的关系。结果研究组3、5、7年生存率分别为99%、94%、87%,对照组为94%、75%、58%。两组比较其3年生存率差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),5、7年生存率差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。在复发转移率方面,研究组3、5、7年复发率分别为0%、5%、11%,对照组3、5、7年复发率分别为16%、24%、30%,两组比较3、5、7年复发转移率均有明显差异(P 均<0.05)。结论手术中进行髂内动脉栓塞化疗,可明显提高生存率,降低局部复发与转移率。更多还原
