无公害黄瓜生产中对霜霉病的田间药效试验

【摘要】 经试验研究,普力克对黄瓜霜霉病菌孢子囊萌发的抑制效果最好,稀释度为400倍时抑制率达到82.30%,EC50为1202.3μg/ml;其次为杀毒矾;效果最差的为乙磷锰锌,800倍时对霜霉病菌孢子囊的抑制率只有2.12%,EC501949.8μg/ml。在大棚内防效也有显著的差异,普力克在田间对黄瓜霜霉病的防效最高,达93.71%,且药效持久、稳定;杀毒矾的防效次之;乙磷锰锌的防效最差,仅为24.28%。每种药剂不仅对黄瓜霜霉病有一定的防治效果,且具有显著的增产效果。

【Abstract】 Six fungicides were implied to control effect of pseudopronspora cubensis .Through field trials, the result showed that propamocarb had the best inhibitory effect on sporangia germination. Inhibitory rate was 82.3% with dilution of 400 times (EC50 1202.3ug/ml). Inhibitory effect of oxadixyl mancozeb was better than the others. Phosethyl-Al mancozeb was the lastest, inhibitory rate was only 2.12% if it was with dilution 800 times (EC501949.8ug/ml).The control efficacy had also significant difference in plastic house. Propamocarb had the best control effect on pseudopronspora cubensis ,which reached 93.71% ,and was enduring and stable. Oxadixyl mancozeb is the second. Phosethyl-Al mancozeb was the worst, control effect was only 24.28%,Additionaly, each fungicide not only had certain control effect but also could significantly increasing production.
