【摘要】 高校学生思想政治教育工作队伍是高校教师队伍的重要组成部分,这支队伍是大学生健康成长的重要保证。通过对广西8所本科院校问卷调查及分析,可以发现:总体来说这支队伍的状况并不令人十分满意。高校在选人时,应把好入口关,挑选思想过硬、业务水平高的人员加入思想政治教育工作行列。对他们应搞好规章制度的建设,严格考核,加强培训,解决好他们的职称和生活待遇问题,鼓励他们从事学术研究,真正让他们安心本职工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 The staff for students’ ideological and political education is an important component of the teaching staff in colleges and university and an important guarantee for the healthy growth of the students.A questionnaire carried out in 8 colleges and universities in Guangxi shows that in general the situation is not satisfactory.When selecting employees,those with strong sense of ideology and high qualifications should be chosen into the ranks of ideological and political education.Appropriate rules and regulations for these people should be built so that they are strictly checked and given adequate training. Problems concerning their professional titles and life treatment should be solved and they should be encouraged to carry out aeademic research,so that they will keep their mind on their own job.更多还原
