【摘要】 大型凸非球面的传统检测方法使用的是背部检验。当零件需使用特殊材料(如采用碳化硅)时就无法再使用传统的背部检验方法,针对此问题,初步研究了检测凸非球面的可行性原理和方法。所研究的凸曲面为一椭球面,口径为120mm,通过设计得出了相应的结果,实现了新型光学元件,即二元光学在凸曲面检验中的应用。更多还原
