深港西部通道填海区软土水泥土强度模型
Cement-soil Compression Strength Model for Soft from Reclaimed Areas in Shenzhen West Corridor
【摘要】 选取深港西部通道填海区有代表性的软土,采用U8*(85)均匀设计表建立试验方案;用测试结果建立了综合考虑龄期、固化剂掺入质量分数、水灰比、有机质含量和外加剂影响的水泥土抗压强度回归模型;模型预测值与室内试验测试值的误差平均值为+2.10%,具有较高精度;同时,分别给出了以抗压强度最大和固化剂掺入量最小为目标的优化配方例子,阐述其为施工提供优化方案的原理。文中给出的回归模型可以为深港西部通道填海区搅拌桩设计施工提供有益指导。
【Abstract】 U*8(85) uniform design method was employed to set up the laboratorial test,by using the typical soft soil from reclaimed area in Shenzhen west corridor. Based on the test results,a regression model was adopted by considering comprehensive effects of conservation age,cement proportion,water-cement ratio,organic content and Sodium silicate proportion to the compression strength.The average error between the predictive values and the actual values acquired from laboratory test is +2.10%,which shows that the precision of the model is satisfied. At same time,to illustrate the principle of providing optimum mix for construction,two examples,which aimed to maximize compression strength and to minimize the cement proportion respectively,were presented.As a conculsion,the regression model presented in this paper can help the design and installation of mixing-pile in reclaimed area of Shenzhen west corridor.
