【摘要】 汽车仪表压针轴机,是将指针压制在汽车组合仪表盘上的设备。该文论述了基于PLC的汽车组合仪表压针轴机控制系统。相比使用传统继电器进行人工压针,采用计算机-PLC控制系统,仅一次压针过程,就可完成取针、移位、检测、信号加载、压针及对相关生产信息的保存,为生产过程全程质量监控体系提供了有力保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 Car instrument needle axes pressing machine is a kind of equipment which presses the needle on the car combined instrument. The article expatiated car combined instrument needle axes pressing machine control system based on PLC. Compared with pressing needle by got-up with traditional relay, using computer-PLC control system is much better. Only once-through process of pressing needle, it can finish fetch needle, replacement, check up, signal loaded, pressing needle and saving the related production information which is very helpful to control the whole quality of the production process.更多还原
