巴家咀水库泄洪塔冻融耐久性评估

【摘要】 对巴家咀水库的混凝土泄洪塔进行冻融损伤检测,依据检测结果对该混凝土结构的冻融耐久性进行初步评估.在检测过程中,综合考虑水库水位变动情况和当地气温波动情况,在具有代表性的部位钻取芯样,利用混凝土表面硬度与混凝土强度存在的相关关系,采用里氏硬度计测试混凝土芯样表面硬度,反映混凝土冻融损伤规律.检测结果表明,混凝土冻融后的强度损失率与冻融循环次数存在线性关系,应用所提出的冻融损伤模型可对冻融混凝土的使用寿命进行合理的推断与评定.

【Abstract】 Freeze-thaw damage of concrete tower for flood discharge at Bajiazui reservoir was examined and based on the results the freeze-thaw durability of the tower was evaluated. The water volume variation in the reservoir and the local temperature variation were taken into account, and test samples were taken from typical location of the tower. Leeb hardness meter was adopted to test the surface hardness of the samples to reflect the freeze-thaw damage of concrete tower. Examination results show that there is linear relationship between strength loss ratio and freeze-thaw cycle numbers and that the freeze-thaw damage model provided by this paper can be used to estimate concrete life under freeze-thaw conditions.
