【摘要】 以珊瑚树(Viburnum awabuki K.Koch)半木质化枝条为试材,插后采用塑料小拱棚覆盖保湿,研究了不同浓度(500、1000、1500、2000 mg/L)的NAA、IAA和IBA速浸插条基部以及扦插日期(5月14日和6月14日)对扦插成苗率、生根数、根长及茎高的影响。结果表明,扦插前用3种植物生长调节剂快速浸蘸插条基部,均能显著地提高珊瑚树嫩枝扦插成苗率、根长和生根数,而对茎高影响不显著。综合来看,以NAA500～2000 mg/L处理效果较好,5月14日和6月14日的扦插成苗率都较高,但以5月14日扦插更好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Effects of softwood cuttings Viburnum awabuki K. Koch in arched plastic shed in different date,soaked with NAA,IAA or IBA at concentrations of 500,1 000,1 500,2 000 mg/L respectively on survival percentage,root numbers,root length and stem height of cuttings were studied. Survival percentage,root numbers and root length of cuttings were significantly higher than CK(treatment with water) with 3 plant growth regulators soaking the bottom of cuttings before cutting,but stem height not by that. NAA was a better plant growth regulator as a whole,and could be applied with all concentrations (500～2000 mg/L). Survival percentage of cutting on May 14 and June 14 were all high ,but better on May 14.更多还原
