【Abstract】 This article studies the UK insurance market from the aspects of general market situation, structure, premium income, claims payment, national expenditure on insurance and insurance fund investment. It also elaborates on the development , market structure, market management, security policies and changes of the Lloyd’s of London. It arrives at the conclusion that understanding the UK insurance market and the operation at Lloyd’s can help China with its insurance industry.更多还原
