【Abstract】 The balanced scorecard system widely applied abroad is designed to construct a performance appraisal system centered on forward-looking prospects and enterprise strategy by considering the following four aspects; finance, clients, internal operation and development through learning. The article also elaborates on the value chain of the performance appraisal system. This offers a new perspective to domestic insurance companies on establishing a rational and scientific performance appraisal system for themselves.更多还原
