【摘要】 当前我国保险业面临的一个突出矛盾是保险业务快速发展和保险资金运用渠道过于狭窄之间的矛盾。允许保险公司投资基础设施既有助于保险公司构建有效投资组合、实现资产负债匹配、提高偿付能力和核心竞争力,亦可缓解国家基础设施建设资金缺乏的压力,加快国家基础设施建设。保险资金投资基础设施的路径虽有多种,但当务之急是允许保险公司以设立信托、购买集合信托计划、委托贷款方式间接投资基础设施。更多还原

【Abstract】 A prominent contradiction that China’s insurance sector is facing with today is the rapid development of insurance business and the narrow investment channels of insurance funds.Allowing insurance companies to invest into infrastructure construction will help insurance companies structure a more efficient investment portfolio,realize asset liability matching,improve their solvency margin and core competence.It will also alleviate the government’s shortage of infrastructure funds and speed up infrastructure construction of the country.Although there are multiple routes for insurance funds to be invested in infrastructure projects,the task of top priority is to allow insurance companies to set up trusts,purchase collective trust plans and entrust indirect investment to infrastructure projects through offering loans.更多还原
