熔体搅拌法制备高阻尼铝基复合材料的组织与性能
Microstructures and Properties of High Damping Aluminium Matrix Composites Fabricated by Melt Stirring Method
【摘要】 利用高剪切液态搅拌专利技术制备了5%Gr/A356、15%SiCp/A356、5%Gr+15%SiCp/A356铝基复合材料,对所制备复合材料的金相组织、力学性能和阻尼特性进行了初步分析。结果表明:利用高剪切液态搅拌专利技术能够成功制备出SiC颗粒和Gr颗粒分布均匀的高阻尼铝基复合材料,颗粒的体积分数可以精确控制。SiC颗粒和Gr颗粒作为增阻剂可以提高复合材料的阻尼特性,当阻尼测试频率为1Hz时,Gr颗粒界面间粘滞性损耗作用显著。以位错运动内耗为主的情况下,复合材料的阻尼性随震动频率的升高而增加。
【Abstract】 The high damping aluminium matrix composites of 5%Gr/A356、15%SiCp/A356、5%Gr+ 15%SiCp/A356 were fabricated by a patent high stress melt stirring process. The microstructures, mechanical properties and damping properties of the aluminium matrix composites were studied. The results show that the high strength and high damping aluminium matrix composites can be fabricated by the patent melt stirring process. The reinforced particulates of SiC and Gr distribute in the aluminium homogeneously and the concentration of SiC and Gr can be controlled accurately. When the frequency is 1Hz, the inner friction of dissipation of Gr is significant. The damping properties increased with the increase of damping frequency under the condition of dislocation gliding.
