铸造模具钢镶块的组织与力学性能研究

【摘要】 研究了适用于制造汽车覆盖件模具的铸造镶块组织和力学性能。结果表明,铸造镶块的铸态组织由珠光体、马氏体、贝氏体和奥氏体组成,退火后的组织为粒状珠光体,力学性能为:抗拉强度855MPa、伸长率16%、冲击韧性177J/cm2、退火后的硬度HRC19,表面火焰淬火硬度HRC60~62,达到了锻造镶块的力学性能水平。铸造镶块的淬透性好,经表面火焰淬火后的淬硬层厚度和硬度值满足使用要求,完全可以代替锻造镶块制造汽车覆盖件模具。

【Abstract】 The microstructure and mechanical properties of cast diesteel insert for automobile covering component have been studied. The results showed that the as-cast microstructure of casting insert is composed of pearlite, martensite, bainite and austenite, and that the annealed microstructure is granular pearltie. The mechanical properties of cast insert approached that of forged insert. The tensile strength is 855MPa, the elongation is 16%, the impact toughness is 177 J/cm2, and the hardnesses after annealed and quenched are HRC 19 and HRC 60-62 respectively. In addition, The cast insert has good hardenability. The depth of hardening zone and the hardness after flame quenching meet the operating requirements. The cast insert can replace the forged insert for making the die of automobile covering components completely.
