【摘要】 研究了热处理工艺对Cr26高铬铸铁磨球硬度和冲击性能的影响,并分析了采用Cr26高铬铸铁制造Ф50mm磨球经过不同热处理后的组织。结果表明,采用1030℃×5h特殊淬火液淬火+275℃×4h空冷的热处理工艺生产出的Cr26高铬磨球硬度达60HRC以上,冲击韧性达5J/cm 2。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effects of heat treatment on the hardness,impact toughness,manufactured process and microstructure used different heat treatment technology of Φ50 mm Cr26 high chromium cast iron grinding ball have been studied.The results show that hardness of the ball quenched by special liquid at 1 030 ℃ for five hours and then tempered at 275 ℃ for four hours is upwards of 60 HRC,meanwhile the impact toughness is up to 5 J/cm 2.更多还原
