工艺参数对铸件表面显微组织影响的实验研究

【摘要】 对比研究了铸造工艺参数对镍基高温合金叶片表面晶粒度和晶粒均匀度的影响。结果表明:合理调整工艺参数如浇注温度、型壳焙烧温度、孕育剂粒度,能够基本消除大晶粒和晶粒不均匀等缺陷,从而使叶片合格率得到明显提高。

【Abstract】 Effects of the casting technological factors on the size and uniformity of surface grains of turbine blade castings in Ni based superalloy were studied by comparison of experimental results.It is found that the optimized complex technological factors influencing the surface microstructure of turbine blades have been suggested as pouring temperature,preheated temperature of shell moulds and grain size of inoculant,which eliminate the coarse and non-uniform grains in production,and percent of qualified blades have been increased.
