【摘要】 基于有限差分法建立了三维热流模型,对铝合金阀座挤压铸造过程进行数值模拟,研究了填充和凝固过程中温度场、流场以及液体分数等主要参数的分布情况,为优化阀座挤压铸造的流场和工艺参数提供理论依据。同时,预测和分析了在实际生产过程中出现的气孔和缩孔缺陷,发现通过降低浇注速度可有效地抑制因合金液的剧烈运动而引起的气孔缺陷。

【Abstract】 The finite difference method was utilized to establish the heat flow model, and simulates the squeeze casting process of aluminum valve seat Through calculation of temperature and velocity field during the filling and solidification stages, the evolution of temperature distribution and liquid fraction was analyzed. Then, the defects generated in manufacture were forecasted and analyzed Furthermore, through reducing the pouring velocity, the gas holes generated by the severe movement of the alloy liquid could beeliminated effectively.
