【Abstract】 The experiment studies the casting technology and performance with X-Ray examination, machining examination,the analysis of chemical composition and SEM. The result shows that the composition,and structures of cathode targets materials of domestic and import are similar,and that the quality of the cathode target materials of domestic is better than that of import. The alloying constitution of the domestic is homogeneous,and it can be used as the substitution of the import.(3.更多还原
