新型半固态用铝合金的触变成形研究
Investigation on the Thixoforming Process of the Advanced Semi-solid Aluminum Alloy
【摘要】 研究了Al6Si2Mg半固态成形中,电磁搅拌连铸、二次加热和压铸的工艺以及各工序得到的微观组织和力学性能。由于该合金是针对半固态触变成形专门设计,所以该合金在各工序中都表现出良好的工艺性能。通过优化工艺,试验最终得到了外观完整,性能优良的压铸件,为半固态触变成形的工业应用打下了基础。
【Abstract】 The microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy Al-6Si-2Mg in the states of electro-magnetic stirring DC casting,reheating and die-casting were investigated.Because it was designed specially for semi-solid thixoforming,the alloy shows good technical characteres in every step of the process.The experiment got the die-casting parts with good shape and properties at last,and it has laid a foundation for the industrial application of this technology.
