【摘要】 目的观察在表面麻醉下进行斜视显微手术的效果。方法表面麻醉剂0.5%爱尔卡因于铺巾前,开睑前及每条眼外肌手术前各滴1次后在显微镜下行斜视矫正术。观察麻醉效果,术中、术后并发症及手术效果。结果120例斜视手术麻醉效果达Ⅰ级者89例(74.17%),Ⅱ级者31例(25.83%),Ⅲ级者0例;术中视野清晰,操作精确,无一例肌肉误勾、漏勾、滑脱发生,术中出血少,术后反应轻,未出现并发症,所有患者均获得预期的手术效果。结论表面麻醉下的斜视显微手术安全可行,操作简便,手术快捷,美容效果好。娴熟的显微手术技巧以及因人而异选择合作病例是表面麻醉手术成功的保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of strabismus microsurgery under topical anesthesia.Methods We carried through strabismus operations under operating microscope with topical anesthetics(0.5% alcaine)applied once a drop before surgery、opening eyelid and operating every extraocular muscle.Anesthesia effect、surgery effect、intraoperative and post operative complications were observed.Results In 120 cases,topical anesthesia effect in strabismus operations of 89 cases reached gradeⅠ(74.17%),31 cases reached grade Ⅱ(25.83%),no one case reached grade Ⅲ;Surgery area were very clear with little blooding,operations were accurate,no one case with mis-hook and surge,postoperative reaction was slight,no complications were observed.Conclusions It is demonstrated that strabismus microsurgery under topical anesthesia is safe and effective,operations is simple and fast,hairdressing effect is very nice.Skilled microsurgery techniques and selecting cooperative cases are guarantees of the success of topical anesthesia surgery.更多还原
