【摘要】 目的探讨有晶体眼前房型人工晶体植入术治疗高度近视的临床效果。方法对近视度数在-8~-23D的110眼行有晶体眼前房人工晶体植入术。手术前后检查:裸眼视力、矫正视力、眼压、角膜内皮细胞计数、房角镜、人工晶体及透明晶体情况。并对上述检查进行对比分析。术后随访12月。结果110眼均成功植入前房人工晶体。裸眼视力术前0.01~0.1,术后82.73%≥0.3,33.64%≥0.6。术前眼压(13.54±2.64)mmHg,术后眼压(14.23±2.79)mmHg;角膜内皮细胞计数术前:(3108±297)个/mm2,术后(2877±301)个/mm2;差异均无显著性意义。结论有晶体眼前房型人工晶体植入术可有效治疗超高度近视。手术具有安全性、有效性、可预测性及可逆性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of anterior chamber intraocular lens implantation for high myopia. Methods A consecutive group of 110 eyes in 57 patients with -8.00 to -23.00 diopters of myopia were implanted.110 eyes were checked with uncorrected visual acuity,corrected visual acuity,intraocular pressure(IOP),corneal endothelial cells and have been followed-up for 12 months. Results All of 110 eyes were implanted successfully.The uncorrected visual acuity were 0.01 to 0.1 preoperative,and 82.3% beyond 0.3,33.64% beyond 0.6 postoperative;IOP were (13.54±0.64)mmHg preoperative and (14.23±0.79)mmHg postoperative;counts of endothelial cells were (3108±197)cell/mm 2 preoperative and (2877±201)cell/mm 2 postoperative.There was no significant difference. Conclusions The implantation of phakic anterior chamber IOL for high myopia is effective,securely and predictable.更多还原
