正常人眼高阶像差及其年龄相关性改变

【摘要】 目的 了解正常人眼高阶像差的分布及其生理改变。方法 运用基于Hartmann -Shack原理的Asclepion波前像差仪 ,在原瞳暗视状态下 ,检测 1 51例正常人眼的波前像差 ,按年龄分为青年组 55例 (≤ 30岁 )、中年组 50例 ( 31~ 50岁 )、老年组 4 6例 (≥ 51岁 )。获得相应各年龄组的高阶像差值并将所得数据进行统计学分析。结果 青年组、中年组、老年组的三阶像差、四阶像差、球差、慧差分别为 :三阶像差 ,青年组 ( 0 .733± 0 .30 7) μm ,中年组 ( 0 . 81 6± 0 . 32 0 ) μm ,老年组 ( 1. 0 54± 0 .4 80 ) μm ;四阶像差 ,青年组 ( 0 . 4 2 1± 0 . 1 6 9) μm ;中年组 ( 0 . 51 0± 0 .2 0 1 ) μm ;老年组 ( 0 . 6 2 5± 0 .348) μm。球差 ,青年组 ( 0 . 96 0± 0 . 6 6 1 ) μm、中年组 ( 1 . 0 86± 0 .6 92 ) μm、老年组 ( 1 .2 78± 0 . 992 ) μm ;慧差 ,青年组 ( 0 . 971± 0 . 536 ) μm、中年组 ( 1 . 0 6 7± 0 532 ) μm、老年组 ( 1. 4 0 6± 0 .70 0 ) μm。经分析三阶像差、四阶像差、慧差、高阶像差RMS和总像差RMS均与年龄的成正相关 ,有显著的统计学意义 (P <0 . 0 5)。结论 正常人眼的高阶像差随着年龄的增大而增大 ,特别是三阶像差、四阶像差、慧差、高阶像差的均方根

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the change of the higher order monochromatic wave aberrations with the aging in normal eyes.Methods 151 eyes of 151 subjects were measured the higher order wave aberrations objectively using the Asclepion Shack~Hartmann aberrometer under scotophic situation with original pupil size.The subjects were divided into three groups:Under 30 years old as young group,31 to 50 years old as adult group and older than 50 years old as senior group.Each subject were tested one eye.The data were analyzed with SPSS10 0.Results The data of 3rd order aberrations,4th order aberrations,spherical aberrations and coma of each group are as follow:3rd order aberrations,young group (0 733±0 307)μm,adult group (0 816±0 320)μm,senior group (1 054±0 480)μm;4th order aberrations:young group (0 421±0 169)μm;adult group (0 510±0 201)μm;senior group (0 625±0 348)μm;spherical aberrations:young group (0 960±0 661)μm,adult group (1 086±0 692)μm,senior group (1 278±0 992)μm;coma:young group (0 971±0 536)μm,adult group (1 067±0 532)μm,senior group (1 406±0 700)μm.The 3rd order aberrations,4th order aberrations,coma,higher order wave front aberrations root mean square and total wave front aberrations root mean squarer are increased with aging,their relationship is significantly positive( P <0 05).Conclusions The results suggest that all Higher order wave front aberrations include 3rd order aberrations value,4th order aberrations value,coma,higher order wave front aberrations root mean square and total wave front aberrations root mean squarer increased with aging,their relationship is significantly positive.
