【摘要】 目的　探讨双进路圈垫式劈核技术在硬核白内障手术中的临床应用效果。方法　应用圈垫器 ,采用双进路囊袋内劈核对眼硬核白内障患者行小切口白内障摘除及人工晶体植入术。结果　术后一周裸眼视力≥ 0 6者 2 6 9眼占 5 7 7% ;角膜内皮细胞丢失率 3 0 7%。术后一月裸眼视力≥ 0 6者 2 88眼占 6 1 8% ;角膜内皮细胞丢失率 4 93%。术后半年裸眼视力≥ 0 6者 2 93眼占 6 2 9% ;角膜内皮细胞丢失率 5 0 5 %。结论　对于Ⅳ级以上硬核白内障 ,应用双进路圈垫劈核方法 ,不仅具有小切口的特点 ,且操作安全 ,术后视力恢复快并发症少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the use of bilateral entrance chop technique for cataract surgery. Methods Chop technique with bilateral entrance and intraocular lens implantation were performed on 466 cases with hard cataract. Results The visual acuity was improved to 0 6 or over in 57 7% and corneal endothelium cell loss 3 07% at one week post-operatively.Visual acuity was improved to 0 6 or over in 61 8% and corneal endothelium cell loss 4 93% at one month postoperatively.The visual acuity was improved to 0 6 or over in 62 9% and corneal endothelium cell loss 5 05% at half year postoperatively. Conclusions Approach gradeⅣ hard cataract,It is suggested that chop technique with bilateral entrance is not only characteristics of small incision but also more safe and little complication.更多还原
