一种小功率步进电机驱动电路的设计与实现
The Design and Implement of a Low Power Stepping Motor’s Driving Circuit
【摘要】 步进电机驱动电路的核心部分是环行脉冲分配器.本文给出了一种两相永磁式步进电机驱动电路的设计方案.它包括基于E2PROM和可逆计数器构成的环行脉冲分配器以及由驱动芯片L9110构成的外围电路.该电路结构简单,可靠性高,可与单片机直接连接,对两相永磁式步进电机具有很好的驱动和控制能力.
【Abstract】 The kernel of a stepping motor driver circuit is the ring pulse distributor. A design scheme of two-phase step motor’s driving circuit is presented in this paper. The circuit includes the ring pulse distributor based on E~2PROM and reversible counter and a periphery driving chip L9110. The circuit is simple and reliable, it can be directly connected with MCU and the interface with MCU is very simple, and it can drive and control the two-phrase stepping motor well.
