链板异型孔冲切工艺分析与模具设计
Process Analysis of Irregular Holes Punching and Punching Die Design
【摘要】 基于链板的加工工艺性,确定了链板异型孔加工方法,利用普通压力机,针对链板加工要求设计了台阶式复合冲切模具,实际应用表明,达到了精密冲切效果,解决了厚板异型孔冲裁问题.
【Abstract】 The technology of irregular holes punching determines its process, which uses common hydraulic press and composite step punching-die to realize precision punching and to resolve the problem of punching irregular holes on thick steel board.;
