【摘要】 目的:探讨胃痛宁胶囊治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效及对患者胃排空的影响。方法:110例功能性消化不良患者随机分为2组,治疗组60例,服用胃痛宁胶囊;对照组50例,口服吗丁啉,两组均服用4周后观察疗效,并检测胃液体排空指标。结果:两组临床疗效比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后症状积分比较差异均有显著性(P<0.01),两组症状缓解程度比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),说明治疗组疗效优于对照组。两组胃液体半排空时间,治疗组较治疗前明显改善,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:胃痛宁胶囊治疗功能性消化不良疗效确切,且能明显缩短胃排空时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To probe into clinical therapeutic effect of Weitongning Capsules on functional dyspepsia and its effect on gastric emptying of the patient.Methods:110 cases of functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into 2 groups,the treatment group(n= 60)treated by oral administration of Weitongning Capsules and the control group(n=50)treated by oral Motilium.After treatment for 4 weeks,their therapeutic effects were observed and emptying indexes of gastric liquid were detected.Results:There was a significant difference between the two groups in therapeutic effect(P<0.05),cumulative scores of symptoms before and after treatment(P<0.01)and the symptom relieving degree(P<0.05),suggesting that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group.The half emptying time of gastric liquid in the treatment group after treatment improved significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion:Weitongning Capsules has a definite therapeutic effect on functional dyspepsia and it can significantly shorten the time of gastric emptying.更多还原
