【摘要】 目的探讨清热解毒中药金叶败毒颗粒对孕早期豚鼠脏器组织巨细胞病毒感染的影响。方法筛选无感染史的雌雄豚鼠受孕,再随机选择孕早期豚鼠分组,每组28只：对照组无特殊处理；感染组腹腔接种豚鼠巨细胞病毒；中药组接种病毒后第1天开始给予中药金叶败毒颗粒,连用14天。接种病毒6天后采集血液,20天后处死豚鼠并无菌采集各脏器组织,应用N-PCR检测有无病毒感染及组织学变化。结果治疗前孕早期豚鼠血液、唾液腺、心脏、脾脏、脑组织、胸腺、子宫巨细胞感染率分别为82．1%、78．6%、53．6%、21．4%、67．9%、64．3%、60．7%,应用中药治疗后巨细胞感染率分别降低为10．7%、21．4%、3．6%、0%、17．9%、10．7%、14．3%,两组比较,差异有显著性(P＜0．05,P＜0．01)。结论中药金叶败毒颗粒可降低病毒接种所导致的孕早期豚鼠重要脏器组织感染。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of Jinye Baidu granule（JYBDG）on cytomegalovirus（GPCMV） infection in the early pregnant guinea pigs.Methods The virus-free female and male guinea pigs were screened with nest polymerase chain reaction（N-PCR）.After inbred,early pregnant guinea pigs were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups,28 in each.Pigs in the blank control group was untreated,while those in the model group and JYBDG group were inoculated with 1 ml(10⁷ TCID₅₀)suspension of GPCMV intraperitoneally,and then the pigs in JYBDG group were given Jinye Baidu granule for 14 successive days.On the sixth day after modeling,blood samples were collected and twenty days later,the guinea pigs were sacrificed to get organs and tissues.All the specimen was detected by N-PCR.Results Jinye Baidu granule could obviously decrease the GPCMV infection rate of blood,salivary gland,heart,spleen,brain tissue,thymus gland,and uterus from 82.1%,78.6%, 53.6%,21.4%,67.9%,64.3%,60.7% to 10.7%,21.4%,3.6%,0,17.9%,10.7%,14.3%,respec- tively（P＜0.05 or P＜0.01）.Conclusion Jinye Baidu granule could decrease the GPCMV infection rate of im- portant organs in the early pregnant guinea pigs induced by virus inoculation.更多还原
