参麦注射液对扩张型心肌病患者免疫功能的影响

【摘要】 目的探讨参麦注射液对扩张型心肌病患者免疫功能的影响。方法将5 6例扩张型心肌病患者分为西药治疗组(简称常规组)及西药加参麦注射液治疗组(简称参麦组) ,两组分别在治疗前后检测红细胞C3b受体花环率(RBC C3bRR)、免疫复合物花环率(RBC ICR)、T细胞亚群(CD3、CD4 、CD8、CD4 /CD8)。结果扩张型心肌病患者RBC C3bRR、CD4 、CD8及CD3均明显低于正常对照组(P <0 . 0 1,P <0 . 0 5 ) ;RBC -ICR、CD4 /CD8比值明显高于正常对照组(P <0. 0 1) ;参麦组较常规组治疗后RBC C3bRR、CD4 、CD8及CD3显著升高(P <0 . 0 1,P <0 . 0 5 ) ,RBC ICR及CD4 /CD8比值显著降低(P <0 . 0 1,P <0 .0 5 )。结论扩张型心肌病患者存在红细胞免疫黏附及细胞免疫功能低下,参麦注射液可调节患者的免疫功能。

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of Shenmai Injection (SMI)on immunologic function in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM). MethodsFifty-six patients were divided into two groups, the control group treated with conventional western medicine, and the SMI group treated with conventional western medicine plus SMI. The indices including red blood cell (RBC) C 3b receptor rosette (RBC-C 3b RR) and immune complex rosette (RBC-ICR), T-lymphocyte subsets (CD3, CD4, CD8, CD4/CD8) were determined before and after treatment. ResultsThe level of RBC-C 3b RR, CD4, CD8 and CD3 in patients with DCM were significantly decreased (P<0.01,P<0.05), RBC-ICR and CD4/CD8 were significantly increased than those in the normal control group (P<0.01); While the level of RBC-C 3b RR, CD4, CD8 and CD3 in the SMI group after treatment were significantly higher, and the level of RBC-ICR and CD4/CD8 were significantly lower (P<0.01,P<0.05) than those in the control group. ConclusionThe RBC immune adherence and cellular immune function are lower in patients with DCM, and SMI has the effect in regulating immune function in patients with DCM.
