【摘要】 目的改进Ⅱ型杯状耳的手术方法,即在松解耳软骨卷曲的基础上,行耳软骨管成形术。方法先按照Musgrave法将畸形软骨松解,使耳舟与耳甲的夹角得以恢复,按照Convers法行软骨切开并缝制成软骨管,根据耳舟与耳甲的夹角调整软骨管的松紧程度,直至外观满意。结果35例患者,62只耳术后畸形得到矫正,外观自然、满意,无感染及畸形复发现象。结论软骨管成形术简单,易于操作且术后患耳外观自然,既能有效避免畸形的复发,重建对耳轮,又能使耳甲与耳舟的夹角得到恢复,对Ⅱ型杯状耳畸形修复最为适合。但术中应注意剥离的厚度及层次、软骨管的位置及塑形。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the application of cartilage tube plasty in the correction of type Ⅱ cup ear.Methods 35 cases with type Ⅱ cup ear were treated. The hooding ear cartilage was released with Musgrave method to restore the angle of auriculocephalic sulcus.Then the cartilage was incised and tubed according to the angle between conchae and scaphal.Results 62 ears of 35 cases achieved good results without infection and relapse.Conclusion The cartilage tube plasty is easily performed with natural appearance,especially for type Ⅱ cup ear.The anthelical fold is reconstructed and the angle of auriculocephalic sulcus is restored to ensure the stable result.Great attentions should be payed on the dissection layer,the position and remodeling of the cartilage tube.更多还原
