Eu3+-La3+-PMA体系的共发光性质及其分析应用研究
Cofluorescent Properties of Eu3+-La3+-PMA System and Their Analytical Application
【摘要】 在pH为4.5~7.5的水溶液中,Eu3+-PMA体系的荧光强度并不见强.为了优化该体系的测定条件,提高体系的荧光强度,在醇类有机溶剂存在下,研究了该体系与常见光学惰性稀土La3+、Gd3+、Y3+的共发光性质.研究结果表明:Eu3+-PMA体系的荧光强度提高两个多数量级,并大幅度增强了体系稳定性.在最佳测定条件下,利用该优化体系进行稀土合成样品中的痕量铕测定,其检出限可达5.0×0-9mol·L-1.
【Abstract】 The fluorescence intensity of Eu3+-PMA system is not strong in aqueous solutions with a pH of 4. 5~7. 5. In order to improve measuring conditions and the fluorescence intensity of Eu3+-PMA system, an experimental study was made on the fluorescence properties of Eu3+-PMA system in the presence of alcohol solvent and cofluorescent ions, such as La3+ ,Gd3+ ,Y3+. The result is the fluorescence intensity of Eu3+-PMA system was enhanced by about two orders of magnitude and the stability of the system was also improved. When this system is applied to the determination of trace europium in the optimum conditions, the detection limit of Eu3+ amounts to 5. 0×10-9mol·L-1.
