计算机辅助模数法和周界商法对铸钢泵体的模拟优化工艺设计

【摘要】 用CAD/CAE方法研究分析了威尔泵铸钢件的缩孔、缩松质量问题,并提出了优化工艺。用三维造型软件辅助划分铸件各分体结构并计算铸件各分体的模数,划分补缩区域;为了提高工艺出品率,用周界商法计算冒口尺寸。铸造模拟软件Ft-star对新优化工艺的校核计算结果表明,优化工艺是合理的,基本上消除了集中缩孔和关键部位的局部缩松。

【Abstract】 The shrinkage and porosity of the WEIR Pump steel casting have been studied by CAD/CAE then an optimizing foundry technology proposed.By 3D modeling software the body of the casting was divided into some parts each modulus of the parts was calculated. According to the modulus distribution in the casting the compensation regions were divided and every riser’s size was calculated by perimeter quotient in order to increase their yield. The new technology was verified by the simulation software FT-STAR.The computed result showed that the improving technology which removed a large parts of shrinkage and the porosity in key location of the casting was reasonable.
