计算机辅助模数法和周界商法对铸钢泵体的模拟优化工艺设计
Simulation of optimization of foundry technology of pump body by CAD/CAE
【摘要】 用CAD/CAE方法研究分析了威尔泵铸钢件的缩孔、缩松质量问题,并提出了优化工艺。用三维造型软件辅助划分铸件各分体结构并计算铸件各分体的模数,划分补缩区域;为了提高工艺出品率,用周界商法计算冒口尺寸。铸造模拟软件Ft-star对新优化工艺的校核计算结果表明,优化工艺是合理的,基本上消除了集中缩孔和关键部位的局部缩松。
【Abstract】 The shrinkage and porosity of the WEIR Pump steel casting have been studied by CAD/CAE then an optimizing foundry technology proposed.By 3D modeling software the body of the casting was divided into some parts each modulus of the parts was calculated. According to the modulus distribution in the casting the compensation regions were divided and every riser’s size was calculated by perimeter quotient in order to increase their yield. The new technology was verified by the simulation software FT-STAR.The computed result showed that the improving technology which removed a large parts of shrinkage and the porosity in key location of the casting was reasonable.
