【摘要】 为了满足熔模铸造中成型内腔铸件的需要,研究了以硅溶胶为粘结剂的浇注成型的陶瓷型芯的各种性能。实验表明,在以硅溶胶为粘结剂的陶瓷材料中,锆英粉+NH4Cl溶液+硅溶胶的陶瓷型芯浇注后溃散性好,易于清理,烧成收缩率低,使用价值高,能够在实际生产中广泛应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 For the need of ceramic core forming investment castings with cavity,the study about the performances of silicon sol agglutinated ceramic core by pouring forming has been done.It has attested that in the silicon sol agglutinated ceramic cores by pouring forming,the collapsibility of poured ceramic core based on ZrO2 ·SiO2 with NH4Cl and silicon sol was good,and it could be easily cleared.The baked core`s reduction radio was small and the value high.It can be used in actual production extensively.更多还原
