一种钢包炉精炼PLC网络测控系统的设计与实现
Design and application of a kind of PLC network measure and control ladle refining with feeder system
【摘要】 介绍了钢包炉精炼系统的工作原理和主要功能,探讨了采用SIEMENSS7—400,S7—300型PLC以及SIEMENSHMITP—107A型人机界面组成的PLC测控网络的硬件组成和软件设计方法.实际应用结果表明,该系统具有控制精度高、抗干扰能力强等特点.
【Abstract】 The working princitle and the main fundation of ladle refining with feeder system is introduced.The PLC network measure and control composed by SIEMENS HMI TP-107A human-computer interface and its hardware component software design methed by using SIEMENS S7-400,S7-300 is discussed.And the result of simulation showed that the PLC network measure and control ladle refining with feeder system,greatly improved location precision,and it is highly resist to disturbances.
