实验型全自动食品电蒸汽发生器研究
STUDY ON THE AUTOMATIC ELECTRICAL STREAM OCCURRENCE MACHINE FOR FOOD EXPERIMENT
【摘要】 研究的小型全自动食品电蒸汽发生器适用于国内食品加工实验室,采用PIC嵌入式微控制器实现电蒸汽发生器的温度控制、气压检测、温度与水位联控以及语言报警,并具有温度和压力的数据记录分析等功能,是食品、酿酒、生物以及相关科研院所进行食品工业化实验研究的一种新型机电一体化装备.
【Abstract】 The researched small scaled and automatic food electrical stream occurrence machine is suitable for the food processing laboratory.The temperature control,stream pressure examination,the relation control of temperature and water level and the sound alarm are processed and controlled by the embedded MCU.At the same time,It can store and analysis the valuable data of temperature and stream pressure.It offers a new mechanical and integration equipment mainly for food engineering,wine production,biological research in laboratory and related research institutes.
