RP-HPLC法测定红花中羟基红花黄色素A的含量

【摘要】 建立了红花中的主要功效成分羟基红花黄色素A含量测定的RP HPLC方法.色谱柱为Betabasic 18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇和0.5%乙酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,流速1mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长为402 nm.线性范围:0.043 2~0.864μg,检测限2.1 ng(按信噪比S/N=3计).该方法快速、准确.

【Abstract】 A method for determination of the main effective component hydroxysafflor yellow A in Carthamus tinctorius L.by RPHPLC was established.The chromatographic column was Betabasic 18,eluted in gradient with a methanol-0.5 % aqueous acetic acid mobile phase,1.0 mL/min flow rate,30℃ column temperature,and 402 nm detection wavelength. The linear range was from 0.043 2 μg to 0.864 μg,and the limit of detection was 2.1 ng (S/N=3).The method was fast and accurate,and gave satisfied results when applied to determine hydroxysafflor yellow A in Carthamus tincctorius L..
